Our Human Resources policy reflects FAYAT Building's overall strategy and its core values: independence, commitment & daring

AGILITY & RESPONSIVENESS
The FAYAT group is a unlisted family-owned group that has successfully positioned itself as a leading constructor through its daring and performance.

Although it has 160 companies worldwide, the Group allows its subsidiaries to act independently to empower and challenge them.

To make things clearer, these companies are organised into major business lines, called “divisions”, which are agile and human-sized business units.

This organisation allows us to empower our teams, maintain close relationships, accelerate decision-making, and be able to demonstrate our skills on a wide range of projects.
