FAYAT PROMOTION has signed a pre-sales agreement with SCOR (the world’s 4th largest re-insurance and investor group), which commissioned a real-estate project in the heart of the capital, to build a 4* hotel.

FAYAT PROMOTION (FAYAT real-estate development arm) awarded the contract for the design and construction of this new hotel to FAYAT BÂTIMENT Île-de-France. Located on Avenue d'Eylau in the 16th district of Paris, opposite the Eiffel Tower, this hotel will have 123 rooms and offices. On the programme for FAYAT BÂTIMENT Île-de-France's teams: major restructuring of the existing building and construction of infrastructure.
