ART SCHOOL AND HALL OF RESIDENCE
ROUX CABRERO is constructing a 9-floor building featuring two structures with a joint base in the heart of Lyon in the new Confluence eco-district. This building is rectangular (100lm long and 17lm wide). The base houses the car park on the ground floor and 2,300m² of classrooms up to the third floor.
The buildings house 220 apartments including 180 one-room and 40 five-room for multiple tenants with a floor area of 4,400m².
