“LE JARDIN DES ORCHIDÉES” IN BOISSY-SAINT-LÉGER
The “Le Jardin des Orchidées” apartment building will feature 319 apartments, 7 sets of business and/or retail premises at the foot of the buildings and 317 parking spaces (including 20 twin parking spaces). The apartments are divided into social housing apartments (PARIS HABITAT), and others either rented (SNI) or for sale (COGEDIM) on the open market. There are also plans for a CNP retirement apartment building (COGEDIM CLUB). The programme includes 5- and 6-floor buildings.
