LE SÉMAPHORE IN LEVALLOIS-PERRET
FAYAT BATIMENT Île-de-France was awarded the renovation of an office building complex located on the banks of the Seine in Levallois-Perret. The 12,000m² building, called Le Sémaphore, has 4 underground and 7 overground floors. The construction work consists of the architectural and technical overhaul of the offices, the replacement of glazed frontages with curtain walls, and the construction of a Staff Canteen.
