The 3 companies have made the most of belonging to a major Group and the FAYAT BÂTIMENT Division. Today, most of BEC’s business in the 3 regions involves private or public contracts, including not only carcassing and general contracting but increasingly design & construction. Because now, as in the past, the pride of being a builder is in designing and being part of in a collective project where people are as important as ever, the 3 companies chose to focus first and foremost on their only real asset: their staff. As a result, recruitment and training are prioritised. Interpersonal skills and expertise allow us to develop and maintain the values of a job well done, empowerment and “entrepreneurship”.
