INNOVATION POLICY

Innovating to optimise our services

From design to construction

FAYAT BÂTIMENT’s innovation policy focuses on the expectations of its markets and the optimisation of the solutions proposed to its clients, including both design methods and construction techniques.

En pratique

The digital modelling technique known as BIM (Building Information Modelling) plays a major role in the transition to more industrial construction methods. Its 3D modelling tools facilitate collaborative work between contributors (architect, design office, general contractor, sub-contractors) at all stages of design and construction. FAYAT BÂTIMENT uses it on a growing number of projects.

Groupwide, the strategy is particularly implemented via the creation of its in-house innovation challenge, the Fayat Innovation Challenge. The aim is to develop innovative projects, identify new creative talents, and promote internal mobility. At least one innovation ambassador has been appointed at each of the seven divisions, which ultimately enabled the creation of a community of 14 people.

Innovation is the transformation of our knowledge into added-value for our customers.
