In response to the emergence of new energy-efficiency renovation markets and Global Performance Contracts, Fayat Bâtiment created its own dedicated maintenance entity – Fayat Bâtiment Maintenance Multitechniques et Multiservices (FB3M) – in 2016.

Deconstruction and reuse with DEREC
DEREC Déconstruction, based in Issy-les-Moulineaux, a new subsidiary created in March 2022, specialises in the stripping out and interior demolition of buildings. The company uses service providers specialising in waste collection, consolidation, sorting, recovery and recycling. Its teams operate upstream of the refurbishment projects entrusted to regional building contractors.
Minor projects by the Local Works Department (Service Proximité)
Established within eight of our regional companies, this department meets the needs of private individuals, local authorities, property managers, and other clients for minor projects such as interior and exterior work by all trades (maintenance, renovation, fit-out, creation, etc.).
Core sampling and sawing with C&S
Drawing on 30 years of experience, the C&S team consists of professionals with recognised expertise in concrete sawing (blade and cable) and core drilling.
