A 300-unit student housing project in Villeneuve d'Ascq, on the edge of the Cité Scientifique campus.
On this design-build project for 300 student housing units for the CROUS, the works team took just 15 months to complete the site and deliver it to customer satisfaction in a tense context of rises and shortages. The record deadline was met thanks to the use of LeanCo planning, a close-knit team and mastery of global contract management.
