AIX-EN-PROVENCE REGIONAL STADIUM

The Aix-en-Provence regional authority realised its ambition with a stadium suited to hosting major international indoor sports and cultural events. The project, designed by the architects Auer Weber and Christophe Gulizzi for FAYAT BÂTIMENT's teams, is modern, secure, elegant and functional.

AIX-EN-PROVENCE REGIONAL STADIUM

BEC CONSTRUCTION Provence is a FAYAT BÂTIMENT division subsidiary and was head of the consortium that designed and built the Aix-en-Provence regional stadium. The stadium features a modular hall, a secondary hall, changing rooms, corporate boxes, and a brasserie as well as outdoor areas including a 1,000-space car park and a transport hub. An expression of ambition, the architecture aims to match that of a genuine contemporary theatre. The traditional frontage is replaced with layers of overlaid, dynamic strips. This project has become a source of great pride for the Aix-en-Provence region and FAYAT BÂTIMENT’s team
