The project, which was won by THOURAUD in Reims (51) under a Global Public Performance Contract, involves the design, development and maintenance of a complex of 4 buildings covering 2,350 m².
2 buildings will house craft workshops (8 cells of 200 m²), while the other 2 buildings will house designer workshops (6 cells of 80 m²). The complex will be completed by a 150 m² service centre with shared areas (showroom, meeting rooms, offices, toilets and technical facilities) and 48 parking spaces.
