GRAND CRU CLASSÉ
The project involves extending the château by creating 2 glassed-in areas with a tasting room on the first floor, as well as the construction of a vinification unit.
On 3 levels: the cellar, the wine storehouse, the bottling room and the vat room.
The two glass wings of the chartreuse meet the large bay windows of the cellar, whose dark roof seems to rest on the large stainless steel tanks, surrounded by vines. In the barrel cellar, the pipes are hidden in the wooden ceiling.
