IRO - OFFICE BUILDING
The project involves the construction of an office building with a total floor area of 21,736m². This project is being developed on a plot that currently covers 6,851m², made up of adjacent parcels. The building has 2 basement levels and 5 overground floors. FAYAT BÂTIMENT Île-de-France is part of a consortium with FRANKI FONDATION to build the perimeter piles and cast concrete walls. 3 cranes will also need to be installed to work the shifts on the 3 bays with high bearing capacities due to the prefabricated apron walls weighing several tonnes.
