Large-scale redevelopment
The Austerlitz project involves the major restructuring of an office building with a total surface area of 24,000 m². This transformation involves a series of complex works, beginning with a significant demolition phase after the temporary bracing of the existing building.
The works will continue with the creation of extensions and raised ceilings, optimising the available space to meet the new needs of future occupants.
These structural modifications will be accompanied by a complete renewal of the building envelope and all the technical and architectural elements, reflecting the most recent standards in terms of comfort and office design.
Lastly, particular attention has been paid to the landscaping of the external areas, providing welcoming and sustainable breathing spaces through patios and terraces.
A highly ambitious environmental commitment
The Austerlitz project stands out for its environmental ambitions, aiming for a wide range of certifications and labels.
The project gives pride of place to re-use, even going so far as to re-use some of the existing façades, thereby reducing the carbon footprint of the site and the future building.
