Design-construction contract for the renovation and reorganisation of a Central Food Production Unit (CFPU) with a production capacity of 9,000 meals per day and four secondary units.
The purpose of the construction work is to merge the Metz Thionville Briey and Legouest regional hospital centre production units into a single structure located on the Legouest military hospital site.
The aim of the secondary units is to fulfil two functions: serving meals and central laundry.
