CENTRAL PARC
Construction (general contracting) of 51 apartments in a 4-floor building including underground parking, 3rd-floor offices with shops on the ground floor and childcare centre on the 2nd floor. A Mediterranean garden covers the roof.
In March 2011, as part of the competition organised by the French Federation of Developers / Constructors, this programme won the Silver Pyramid prize in the Languedoc-Roussillon Region Grand Prize category.
