COLLANGE MIXED DEVELOPMENT ZONE IN LEVALLOIS-PERRET
FAYAT BÂTIMENT Ile-de-France, a FAYAT BÂTIMENT Division branch, won the contract to build 2 real-estate complexes in the Collange mixed development zone in Levallois-Perret, as part of a consortium with Urbaine de Travaux (FAYAT Group). Package A includes a 365-apartment building with 8 stairwells including 2 shared basement levels for car parks and cellars and 3 shops on the ground floor. In turn, works package B includes the construction (general contracting) of an 11-floor building featuring 2 underground floors, i.e. 141 luxury apartments, 1 set of business premises, plus parking spaces.
