Construction of the media library, a building with deep perforated pile foundations. The 1,100m² basement will house a vast car park. The ground floor is divided into 2 sections on 4 separate floors with a vast atrium protected by a glass canopy.
A central lift and some 300 concrete stairs split into 4 stairwells to access the 3,600m² of floor area.
