BEC CONSTRUCTION Champagne, FAYAT BÂTIMENT division subsidiary, won the contract to build a new nursing home in Châlons-en-Champagne. Located on a stretch of ex-military land, it will feature 7 treatment units, including 2 for Alzheimer's. In terms of architecture, the building will provide abundant natural light and be made from wood and pebble-dash, offset with plenty of plants. There will be a special focus on large open spaces to keep other areas peaceful and quiet, meaning residents can be visited by friends and family and feel at home.
