RUE DE LA RÉPUBLIQUE - MARSEILLE
CARI Méd, a FAYAT BÂTIMENT Division branch, won three residential and commercial renovation contracts (units 14, 17 and 21) that breathe new life into the exceptional architecture in a historic district of Marseille. The frontages have been renovated to match the original designs (Haussmannian style), under the supervision of an "Architectes des Bâtiments de France" architect. On the construction programme: 205 student apartments, 116 ownership-access apartments, 1 Monoprix store, and 7 other sets of business premises.
