  • Your first steps in a regional agency

It all begins before your ‘official’ arrival, with your supervisor and head of HR. On your first day in the agency or regional subsidiary, your manager will do their very best to help you find your bearings, meet the right people and understand your tasks and responsibilities as well as Fayat Bâtiment’s goals. A sponsor may be delegated to guide you and facilitate your onboarding.

  • Your first steps in the Division

An induction seminar, ‘DNA Day’, is held in Bordeaux, the home of the Fayat Group. New employees come from all over France to discover the wealth and diversity of the Fayat Bâtiment Division, through themed workshops, designed to bring you full insight into our activities and vision, as well as an inspiring conference to immerse you in our corporate culture. This is also an opportunity to meet the Executive Committee, learn more about our challenges and aims, and forge ties with other new recruits joining the adventure. And because onboarding is also a question of sharing and conviviality, a group activity concludes the day.

Boosting skills

Training and support are essential to boost our teams’ skills and thus ensure their operational excellence in all our projects. Since 2006, our Qualiopi-certified in-house training body has been supporting our teams with two key goals: to develop a strong risk prevention culture and thus protect our employees and agency workers, and provide ongoing skills boosting to address technical challenges and our customers’ requirements.

  • Risk prevention and work safety

First aid and safety officers, lifting & rigging training, working at heights, PASI health & safety training for agency workers, technical training in the use of jobsite machinery, and more. Our aim is to develop expertise and risk prevention know-how among all our teams. That’s why Fayat Bâtiment provides pragmatic and ambitious training courses, which often go further than regulatory requirements.

  • Outstanding programmes

Campus Compagnons offers around ten in-house training courses for our workers. The aim is to boost operational skills, by identifying and supporting employees wishing to take on new responsibilities.

Cap Management is devoted to costing and works management. Its aim is to ensure a high level of excellence and boost career development.
