This operation involved transforming the existing building into a modern, functional space, incorporating a host of innovative features. The building has been expanded from 11,000 sq.m to 18,000 sq.m of office space, spread over 7 floors and 4 basement levels, with a total of 276 places, offering spaces adapted to the needs of today's businesses. These renovations and extensions were carried out by a general contracting firm within an overall timeframe of 23 months.
The program included cleaning, reinforcement of foundations and structures, creation of new vertical structures (elevators and staircases), raising the building by a further 2 storeys, floor and facade extensions, and fitting out the entire building.
This refurbishment project was a collective, architectural and technical adventure. Thanks to our numerous technical adjustments, Colisée 2 is now ready to welcome new companies in a more modern, more comfortable environment adapted to their needs.
