On August 30, 2019, FAYAT BÂTIMENT IDF teams delivered the “SEMAPHORE” project on behalf of EUROPA CAPITAL, accompanied by BALZAC REIM and CJP & Partners.
The facades were completely replaced by our partner CASTEL ALU to bring light to the 12,000 m2 of office space. The building's structure was reworked to create more accessible terraces and adapt circulation to the new workforce.
Congratulations to the teams for obtaining HQE excellent certification, and BREEAM certification, which is in the process of being acquired!
