A NEW PROJECT WITH THE NICE CÔTE D'AZUR METROPOLIS
The project includes the construction of a campus with a training center, a business services hub, a sports complex, a catering area and a 3,500 m² mechanical workshop.
On the other, an R+17 building with 100 student studios, including 11 for PRM (People with Reduced Mobility), and 48 apartments in two R+4 and R+6 buildings. All on a common basement level with 213 parking spaces.
