This new Global Public Performance Contract was won by a consortium as part of the government's stimulus plan. FAYAT BÂTIMENT Côte d'Azur, as leader of the consortium, is the client's sole contact. Its multidisciplinary team will be present at every stage of the project to ensure that performance commitments are met.
The project consists of carrying out, from design to maintenance, the energy and environmental renovation of the buildings and facilities on the Carlone campus in Nice (06). Carried out on an occupied site, the work involves modifying the building envelope and adapting the facilities.
