Construction of a cooperative winery on Route des Plages in Saint-Tropez, for the Chevalier TORPEZ wine brand, founded in 1908 in the heart of the village of Saint-Tropez, which cultivates nearly 200 hectares of vines.
The works are linked to the relocation of the existing winery. The 3-storey project involves the creation of a wine preparation and packaging unit with a capacity of 10,000 hl/year, comprising: winemaking workshop, sales cellar, vat room, bottling area, storage area, washing area, cold room, staff accommodation, tasting room, parking lot and access road.
