The present operation consists of the construction of Cuverie 6 (1st phase) in 2014, comprising :
- Cellars on the ground floor (R-1).
- 100,000 hl winery on ground floor.
- Disgorging/drawing area on ground floor.
- Storage area on ground floor.
- Office/storage area on R+1.
- Annex building housing a workshop and store.

The extension (2nd phase) in 2017, comprises :
- Cellars on R-1 with a storage capacity of 7,545,720 bottles.
- TSR workshop with a riddling area on the ground floor.
- TSR storage on the ground floor with a capacity of 3,710 cases.
- Winery 7 on the ground floor, with a capacity of 26,220 hl.
- Fire-fighting lane between the project and the existing building.
- Bottle conveyor between R-1 and ground floor.
