This major project, won by FAYAT BÂTIMENT Lorraine for the closed-cover structure, is worth €37 million and involves the construction of the new Moselle clinic in Maizières-lès-Metz (57), designed to accommodate 386 beds and places.
By 2026, the structure will combine the activities of the Claude Bernard Hospital in Metz and the Notre Dame Clinic in Thionville. Located on a 9-hectare site, the 50,000 m² of the future private hospital will be built around a green lung planted with trees. The healthcare facility will operate on a pavilion basis, bringing together a state-of-the-art technical platform with 28 operating theatres, intensive care and continuous care units, a medical imaging platform with radiotherapy bunkers, a cancer institute, a chemotherapy day hospital and emergency services.
This operation is part of a FAYAT synergy with FRANKI FONDATION, with whom we will collaborate for the construction of the piles.
