PPP COLLEGE IN LIVRY-GARGAN
As part of its “Ambition Colleges 2020” plan, the Conseil Départemental du 93 has decided to award its 4th public-private partnership contract, the second won by FAYAT teams, for this operation involving a total of 3 colleges.
FAYAT, leader of the consortium comprising COFELY Finance et Investissement and DIF Infrastructure Fund, has signed a 22-year partnership contract (including 20 years of operation) for the design, construction, partial financing, upkeep and maintenance of
3 new collèges in Seine-Saint-Denis.
NORD FRANCE CONSTRUCTIONS has been awarded the contract to build the Livry-Gargan middle school. The new college will be built around a sports complex, including a 900 m2 gym, a 300 m2 gym and a climbing wall. A 60 m2 exhibition hall and a 120 m2 multi-purpose hall will complete the new project.
