400-SPACE RESIDENTIAL CAR PARK FOR SOGIMA
BEC CONSTRUCTION Provence was general contractor for the construction of this 400-space car park including one basement level and a semi-inground ground floor that complies with the Marseille Quality Charter, particularly in terms of choice of materials.
The architectural design prioritises integration into the site via discrete and harmonious insertion into the district due particularly to the fact that this 400-space car park is being built under the TASSO stadium, but also behind a stone wall in order to preserve an element of urban environment.
