The project includes:
- The creation of 14 suites, 19 rooms, 2 staff rooms, 1 breakfast room, 2 fitness rooms and 1 library.
- The creation of 550 m² of outdoor wooden decking and a swimming pool.
- Upgrading to meet technical and regulatory standards in order to become a 4-star hotel.
