This project, with a total surface area of 117,000 m, involves the construction of 4 underground parking levels (900 spaces), on top of which a base will be built, including a swimming pool, a gymnasium and an auditorium. This will be complemented by an R+7 building for a 1,500-student secondary school, an R+6 building with 9,000 m of office space and a media library.
