Based on the concept of the third industrial revolution, the building includes: thermo-active piles using the thermal mass of the ground to cool or heat the building, activated thermal wells, parieto-dynamic bay windows, activated natural ventilation, aerovoltaic solar collectors, aerosol cladding, heat recovery from stale air, collectors and cladding, heat recovery from grey water and rainwater recovery. It incorporates new emerging technologies using the sun, wind, earth and water.
