A major project for the division
The flagship project for this new urban space has been designed by architect Nicolas Michelin.
PRISM will comprise 168 homes, 4,800 m of offices, 1,440 m of retail space and a crèche. The whole complex is made up of 7 buildings of 37,000 m, ranging from R+3 to R+12 and overlooking a central green island.
The special features of the project are the large proportion of facades in architectural concrete with a glaze finish, a pitched concrete roof and a substantial 4.6 m overhang covering 4 levels of facades.
